We do not monitor email, text, or social media after 10 p.m. or over the weekend. Messages sent there will be answered as soon as we return to the office the following business day.
PAY YOUR BILL
Bill pay is available to all customers 24/7 online by visiting https://www.point-broadband.com > Pay Bill. Choose Former Monster Customer from the Select Your Region drop down. You’ll need your previously assigned bill pay username and password. If you’ve been turned off for non-payment, once you’ve paid your bill, services will come back online at the top of the next hour.
