Live, local tech support is available from our local folks in the Winchester office from 8:30 AM to 10 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Friday. Bill pay is available to all customers 24/7 online by visiting https://www.point-broadband.com > Pay Bill. Choose Former Monster Customer from the Select Your Region drop down. You’ll need your previously assigned bill pay username and password. If you’ve been turned off for non-payment, once you’ve paid your bill, services will come back online at the top of the next hour.
